For Carraro, the Dolci Arabica blend represents the absolute maximum in terms of aroma and sweetness that can be obtained in a coffee. Produced exclusively from eight meticulously selected top quality Arabica's, this blend is intended specifically for the discriminating, refined coffee drinker.

The beans are selected at their origin from the best plantations in Central and South America and the Horn of Africa. The sweet flavour and floral aroma of this blend is enhanced by the slow roasting, air-cooling and maturing to the right point of each separate coffee type. Ground for moka espresso makers and packed in a protected atmosphere for a shelf life of 24 months. Its low caffeine content (max 1.7%) makes it suitable for drinking at any time during the day, even in the evening.
