About Arabica Beans
Arabica beans are elongated, with a wavy groove down the middle. They have an intense, flowery aroma, and a sweet, round flavour with pleasant acid note and a caramel aftertaste. Arabica thrives at high altitudes and is cultivated between 1000m and 2500m. Its caffeine content lies between 0.9% and 1.7%, which corresponds to about 60-80 milligrams in a cup of espresso coffee.
