Our Mission
Our coffee roasting plant is a dynamic and confirmed company, which was established in the 80s with years of experience in the coffee manufacturing sector.
The choice and selection of first rate beans, the particular attention in the individual stages of the toasting process and the cult of coffee are the basis of our company’s philosophy in offering unique and special mixes and in satisfying the greatest needs with an excellent price-quality ratio.
We import green coffee directly from the countries of origin with annual contracts to guarantee the constancy of the mix all year round.
Our buildings are equipped with innovative machinery to select, toast and package a product of highly prized quality.
The toasting procedure is carried out with a rotating drum machine, where the coffee is heated by air currents, thus allowing a slow and gradual cooking that avoids any changes in temperature.
After being toasted, the coffee is left to rest in special maturing silos for a few days.
The final check of the product is carried out before packaging with a professional espresso machine, just as it is used in a coffee bar, to test the quality of the product.
The distribution is on a local, regional and national level, supplying to coffee bars and restaurants.
Our Shops
Thanks to valid collaborators, our coffee roasting plant has created and developed a sales network over the last few years with the direct management shops, which are located in the main commercial centres and in the central streets of Milan and the prominence.
We have researched a modern, functional image to represent the locations in commercial centres, while in other shops we have preferred to offer the traditional style of coffee roasting plants in the past.
As well as being useful to test our product in the best possible way and satisfying the most demanding consumers with great success, these experiences allow us to offer the images of our shops to other operators in the sector.
